Lower body
Warm up: Foam roll lower body for 5 minutes and 5 minutes on the elliptical
Workout:
Stability ball hip press to hamstring curl
Goblet squat
Barbell or dumbbell deadlift
Banded side shuffle – maintain half squat position throughout
Walking lunges
Perform 3 sets of 10 for each exercise
