Keep your spirits high and your body fat low with twelve workouts to keep you fit during the holidays. Improve your fitness level with these workouts designed by fitness specialists here at the Center. Visit our blog every day until Christmas to get the latest workout.

Cardiovascular Treadmill Interval Workout
“Santa’s Slim-Down Workout”
Start with a 5 minute warm-up on the treadmill. When beginning the workout, start with incline at zero and speed at a pace just out of your comfort zone (speed walking or a light jog)
1 Minute: Raise the incline 2% every 15 seconds. (Should be at 8% at 1:00)
1 Minute: Reduce the incline 1% every 15 seconds (Should be at 4% at 2:00)
3 Minutes: Jog at a moderate pace for 3 minutes. (Should still be at 4%)
1 Minute: Return to 0% incline for 1 minute
Repeat entire cycle for 30 or more minutes
