Cardio/HIIT
Warm up: Foam roll lower body and 5 minutes cardio piece of choice
Workout:
Intervals of 30 seconds work & 30 seconds rest
Battle Ropes in half squat position
Push ups
Jumping squats
Knee to elbow plank
Mountain climbers
Repeat 4x for a 20 minute workout
