Santa’s Sculpting Workout
Upper Body Workout
Warm Up for 8-10 minutes on cardio equipment of your choice
(Perform each circuit for 2-3 sets)
Circuit 1
Push-ups 15 reps
Cable Flies 12 reps
Cable Single Arm Triceps Kickbacks 12 reps each arm
Circuit 2
Rope Pull to Chin 12 reps
Hammer Curls 12 reps
Overhead Press 12 reps
Circuit 3
Bench Dips 10-12 reps
Toe Touch Crunch 15 reps
Incline Curl on Bench 12 reps
Circuit 4
Front Raises 10-12 reps
Supermans 15 reps
Bicycle Crunch 15 reps each side
Cool Down for 5-10 minutes and stretch
