A hands-on class, led by Angie Mack (LMT), for expectant couples to learn massage techniques to relieve pain and pressure associated with pregnancy. It will also help strengthen the family bond while preparing for their new arrival. Participants will gain knowledge of the overall changes of the body and muscle tissue of the expectant mother and what causes these changes. Partners and spouses will learn hands-on techniques on how to address typical areas of pain and discomfort as well as precautions for prenatal massage.
