Your child is invited to come participate in breathing exercises, rhythmic stretching, and dance games to explore their range of motion, creativity, and self-awareness! Mindful Movement will be held in the Mind Body Studio.
Ages: 6-11 years
Cost: FREE for Kid Zone members. $10 guest pass for non-Kid Zone members.
