Mount Carmel Fitness Center offers a wide variety of group fitness classes designed to meet the needs of both fitness enthusiasts and those new to exercise classes. Each class is taught by a certified instructor trained to provide motivating and successful group fitness experiences that will make you want to come back.
Our group exercise studios are clean, well-equipped and spacious, with microphones and stereos so you can hear instructor cues and the energizing music. Try out one of our many class formats and you may be hooked! We offer yoga, Pilates, cycling, Zumba, Les Mills classes, dance formats, group strength classes, pool aquatics classes and classes catered to aging adults.
